The Guest Experience Specialist position will be working across three master serviced apartments; St Pauls, Cannon Street and Farringdon. master serviced apartments place guests in the very centre of bustling and cosmopolitan London, allowing them to feel the buzz of its unique dynamism. master is a company owned by Leonardo Hotels; now launching in the UK!

As a Guest Experience Specialist you’ll be the face of our serviced apartments, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Working as part of a small, vibrant team you’ll be taking care of everything that might be sought after by a guest, with a true desire to satisfy their needs in the fast-paced environment of our serviced apartments.

Some of the perks our Guest Experience Specialist can enjoy include meals on duty, Thank You Weeks (twice a year we celebrate our colleagues’ hard work with anything from ice cream trucks to art classes!) and every year we get dressed up in our fanciest threads to host our Employee Awards Celebration for our Employees of the Year.

  • Personalise guests’ experiences– whether that is ordering them a taxi, arranging dry-cleaning services or providing extra blankets, you’ve got their back
  • Enjoy engaging with guests and creating those “wow” moments – we love that our guests leave with a desire to come back!
  • Check rooms to ensure they are ready for guest arrivals
  • Use your savvy knowledge to offer guidance and local recommendations for a great stay in London
  • Feel confident to promote the services that we offer at the serviced apartments
  • Be able to multitask and manage guests’ queries efficiently
  • Deputise for the Operations Manager as required
