As you progress, you’ll demonstrate your ambition to learn new skills. All servers start on a training rate, with potential increase once training is completed and performance is demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate your passion for customer service to deliver a unique and special experience to guests.
• Support your team to create a positive working environment and to be the best team that we can be.
• Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements.
• Show your experience and ability to manage large sections of guests during busy periods to deliver an impeccable level of service and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a desire to go further in your career and learn new skills.
• All servers will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased.
