Job summary

MJMK Restaurants is seeking a Senior Guest Relations Manager for Casa do Frango, London Bridge. You will run the door, manage a high-volume reservation book and ensure guests receive unforgettable experiences from first contact to farewell.

Reporting to the Senior General Manager, you will lead the host team, optimise seating, grow covers and maintain guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting at London Bridge’s two-floor space.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience running the door in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of venue booking systems (SevenRooms).
• Proven ability to manage guest flow and maximise covers.

Responsibilities

• Run the door, warmly welcoming guests and setting the tone for their visit.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists and private dining to keep the book-full.
• Ensure no guest is turned away when seating is possible.
• Maximise revenue through smart seat allocation and upgrades while preserving guest experience.
• Lead, train and mentor the host team to uphold standards.
• Analyse bookings, cancellations and no-shows to protect covers and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing/events to keep the book full.
