Job summary

wagamama is hiring a Front of House Manager to lead a busy, vibrant restaurant in Horsham. You will energise service, orchestrate guest experiences and keep the floor moving smoothly.

You’ll manage shifts, coach your team, and monitor labour, costs and performance while upholding the brand’s high standards. Biweekly pay, tips share and up to £1,000 annual bonus reflect your leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant front-of-house team.
• Experience in labour cost control and rota planning.
• Ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining standards.
• Strong energy, problem-solving under service pressure.
