The Hoxton, Southwark is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead a welcoming, guest-focused front desk team and ensure exemplary service across all touchpoints.

You will coach and develop colleagues, partner with Duty Managers, drive selling strategies to maximise occupancy, and handle budgeting and compliance with our collaborative Hoxton approach.

Qualifications

• Provide a great and memorable guest experience for guests.
• Experience as Assistant Front Office Manager is an advantage but not required.
• Strong coaching and team development abilities.
• Experience handling diverse guest requests.
• Familiarity with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar PMS.

Responsabilités

• Create a memorable guest experience that invites repeat visits.
• Lead by example, coach and develop the Front Office team.
• Support Duty Managers and collaborate with Hoxton teams to maximise occupancy.
• Handle compliance, budgeting, and cross-department relationship building.
