You will drive a culture of learning, run monthly team meetings and 121s, monitor service metrics and guest feedback, and guide your team to maintain quality and efficiency in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Grow a highly skilled and motivated front-of-house team and work with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure guests receive excellent food, drink and service.
• Drive a culture of learning and development through monthly team meetings, 121s and personal development reviews.
• Monitor ticket times, food and drink quality and overall guest experience; support the team in resolving complaints and providing guidance when needed.
