Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or reception supervisor.
• Strong customer service and guests’ needs understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• A proven leader capable of motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Front Desk Team and deliver the Front of House strategy.
• Directly oversee a busy reception operation and guest experience.
• Control departmental costs and ensure proper scheduling of resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and guest service.
• Address guest requests and feedback in a professional manner.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and personal presentation.
• Regularly review guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Communicate process changes clearly to relevant staff.
