Knowledge of Seven Rooms and a passion for staff development are essential, as is the ability to inspire and coach junior colleagues while upholding the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspire your team to deliver the owners vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests.
• Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as Seven rooms and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience.
• Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements.
• Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests.
• Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
