Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Hospitality Assistant on a zero hours contract to deliver exceptional service for university venues. You will be the face of the business, greeting guests and guiding them through a personalised dining experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, represent the brand, and comply with hygiene and safety standards while delivering friendly, proactive service and recommendations from the menu.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
