Job summary

Sytner Jaguar Land Rover South West London is looking for a friendly Receptionist/Host to join our Welcome team. You will greet every customer on arrival, direct them to the right department and offer refreshments to create a warm first impression for every guest.

You will also manage incoming calls, connect the diallers to the correct department promptly and support a flexible pattern, including weekends, to ensure we deliver the highest levels of service across the showroom and brand

Qualifications

• Warm and cheerful voice essential for first impressions.
• Proactive communicator with management and teams.
• Ability to use initiative to enhance customer experiences.
• Excellent organisational and preparation skills.
