Job summary

The Bath Priory is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and help guests with local recommendations and bookings. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values warmth, thoughtfulness and continuing development.

Responsibilities

• Hosting guests from check-in to check-out, which could include booking tables, advising on local hot spots, or just having a chat.
• You’ll foster close relationships across teams to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
• We are one team, so we will all muck in from time to time, helping each other across departments.
