Job summary

Andras Hotels is recruiting for an IBIS City Centre - Guest Service Agent (GSA) based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This 16 hours per week role focuses on welcoming guests, handling reservations, check-in/check-out, and upselling services to enhance guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.

You will be part of a team delivering high standards of service across front office and food & beverage, contributing to a positive guest experience and loyalty initiatives within a growing hotel group.

Qualifications

• Basic IT proficiency
• Experience in hospitality industry
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in a reception role

Responsibilities

• Register guest reservations via email, phone and face to face and welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Check in/check out guests and provide information on hotel services and location
• Upsell rooms and services to maximise hotel revenue
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and requests
• Work with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service
• Assist with front office duties and ensure health and safety procedures are followed
