Job summary

Kents Hill Park in Milton Keynes is seeking a friendly Hospitality Assistant to join the Food & Beverage team in a busy venue. You will deliver attentive service across restaurant, bar and events, serve meals and drinks, set up buffets, maintain clean presentation, and support stock and till operations.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.45 plus benefits including healthcare, meals on duty and life assurance, with opportunities to develop skills in a large hospitality business

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Friendly, positive and approachable personality.
• Genuine passion for great food, drink and service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service across restaurant, bar and events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during service.
• Support breakfast, lunch and evening service and events.
• Set up and maintain buffets, coffee stations and function spaces.
• Ensure service areas are clean, well presented and stocked.
• Operate the till accurately and process payments.
• Support stock takes and recording of sales and wastage.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout service.
• Complete opening, closing and clear-down duties as required.
