Royal Yacht Britannia in Edinburgh is seeking a Visitor Assistant and Evening Guide to welcome visitors, lead tours, and assist with exclusive evening events. Shifts include weekends, with 5.5–8 hour days and on-board duties in the Visitor Centre and decks.

Role combines front-of-house service, tour guiding, and event support, including helping visitors with audio handsets. Uniform provided; training given.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality or visitor services.
• Excellent communication and personable presentation.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Performing a concierge role at front of house when required.
• Providing a warm welcome and proactive service to visitors.
• Interacting with visitors throughout their tour.
• Helping visitors use their audio handset.
• Assisting with queue management.
• Developing knowledge of the Royal Yacht for tours and events.
• Work as a guide at exclusive evening events and private tours.
• Assist with any other Visitor Assistant duties.
