Job summary

The Signet Group is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Host/Hostess for The Mitre Hotel. You will be the first face guests see, delivering warm, friendly service and guiding guests through the guest journey in our glamorous riverfront venues.

You will handle EPOS and ResDiary, develop menu knowledge, and ensure compliance with Hygiene and Health & Safety standards while enjoying excellent career development and team benefits.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly guest services attitude.
• Ability to operate EPOS and reservations software.
• Willingness to learn about menus and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly in F&B outlets.
• Assist guests with menu knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain guest journey in line with service standards.
• Stay informed on Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements.
• Attend training and development activities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with guests and team.
