We are seeking a personable and skilled F&B team member to join our hotel team. You will welcome guests, take and serve orders, and help provide a top-tier dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and high standards of service.

Responsibilities include assisting with banquets and events, handling payments, upselling menu items, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests, taking orders and answering any questions about the F&B menu
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
• Upsell drink specials and hotel packages when appropriate
• Communicate effectively with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Track and manage bar inventory and supplies
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
• Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a top-tier dining experience
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and professionalism
