Job summary

Compass Group UK&I's Chartwells division is hiring a Hospitality Assistant to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service. You will greet guests, serve with a personalised touch, know the menu, and make confident recommendations.

You will represent Compass to uphold a positive brand image, comply with food hygiene and health and safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience across our venues in Bolton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
• Be an excellent team player with great communication skills
