YO! Restaurants is hiring a customer-facing team member to join our vibrant places. You will welcome guests, ensure a great experience and help promote our menus across shifts to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Previous background in a similar restaurant environment
• Welcoming and greeting all customers
• Upsell to increase sales and drive repeat business

Responsibilities

• You will be the face and point of contact for all our customers to see, ensuring their experience is a great one
• Promoting of our menus to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintaining a safe environment for all our customers including Health & Safety, Hygiene controls and allergens intolerances
• You will work as a team aiming to deliver an exceptional guest experience across each shift
