Job summary

YO! is looking for dynamic individuals with a love for food to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences across the restaurant.

As part of YO!, you will greet customers, promote menus to maximise sales, upsell to drive repeat visits, and work as a team to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Under 18's will be paid at £8 per hour starting rate. We offer fantastic hours, free YO! food, training to professional qualifications, wellness support, and exciting career growth.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Welcoming and greeting all customers that visit or contact our restaurant for reservations and booking.
• Upselling to increase sales and drive repeat business.
• You will be part of the YO! Team, a real team player who supports the rest of your team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and point of contact for customers to ensure a great experience.
• Promote menus to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain a safe environment with health, safety and allergen awareness.
