Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of operations on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

You will greet guests, serve with a personalised experience, and uphold high hygiene and safety standards while representing our brand across 6,000 venues. This role offers progression and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
