Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join Inspire on a part-time basis. The role is contracted to 30 hours per week, with shifts across flexible patterns and a total of 43.6 weeks per year.

You will be part of a passionate, friendly team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high brand standards. You will greet guests, serve with pride, know the menu, and help create a seamless, personalised experience while adhering to food hygiene and safety

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Knowledge of the menu and ability to make recommendations.
