Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Customer Service Team Member in Shifnal for immediate start on flexible part‑time hours. You will be the friendly face for customers on the move, helping locate items and keeping seating areas and back‑of‑house spaces clean and welcoming.

You will follow safety standards, maintain hygiene, and support a busy site with a positive, can‑do attitude. Training is provided, with clear progression opportunities into store management.

• Can stay calm, organized and positive when it gets busy.
• Take pride in keeping things clean, safe and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently.
• Keep seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
