Hotel du Vin Exeter is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to support the smooth operation of events and deliver high hospitality standards in a 3 AA Rosette dining environment. You will work with the F&B team, communicate with Kitchen and management to ensure flawless guest experiences and maintain the brand’s celebrated service ethos.

The role offers flexible shifts across 7 days, with access to staff benefits and career development opportunities within the hotel group.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of all events and be part of the Food & Beverage team.
• Communicate with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure smooth experiences for guests.
• Maintain standards in the 3 AA Rosette restaurant.
