Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Kitchen Porter with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

The Kitchen Porter will contribute to cleanliness, product knowledge, and efficient service, collaborating with colleagues to deliver captivating experiences while maintaining high standards across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Second language advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for cleaning and tidying up designated areas of the kitchen to high standards.
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of products and facilities.
• Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed promptly and efficiently.
