Private Equity Insights in London is seeking a Growth role candidate who thrives on solving hard problems and delivering rapid results. You will write persuasive copy, map investors, target opportunities, and deploy AI to outperform a large team.

You will join an entrepreneurial group with real ownership from week one, working in sprints and learning at an exceptional pace. This full-time, on-site role is based at our London office with travel.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong results preferred.
• UK work permit required; visa sponsorship not available.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Excellent drive to be the best and ownership of work.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying, targeting, and converting funds into the community with precise messaging.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new efforts.
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages and posts, amplified by AI.
• Sprint, test, implement; measure impact of experiments and optimize offers.
• Build reusable processes and AI workflows for scalable wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win, including assisting at events and registrations.
