Job summary

Cytix is seeking a data-focused engineer to own and optimize the data engine behind its outbound motion. You will work with a Clay-based pipeline for enrichment, scoring, and routing, ensuring data hygiene and real-time signal-to-conversation execution.

You’ll partner daily with the SDR team and leadership, shipping iterative improvements and dashboards that prove outbound ROI. This hybrid Manchester-based role requires 3–4 days in the office weekly.

Responsibilities

• Own the data feeding our three outreach lanes: ABM, Intent, and Partner Outreach.
• Hold the keys to the Clay pipeline: Enrichment, scoring, routing, automation logic.
• Plug intent platforms into our sequencing workflow so signals turn into real conversations in real time.
• Guard data hygiene: deliverability, deduplication, opt-outs, sender reputation.
• Tell the truth in numbers: build dashboards for sales leadership to assess outbound effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the SDR team; you ship what they rely on.
