Mizuho EMEA is seeking an Associate in the GTBD, Risk and Collateral Management Team to support risk control and customer service across Trade Finance transactions. The role blends risk oversight with client-facing duties and requires solid product knowledge.
You will prepare facility approvals, monitor credits, liaise with customers, and generate periodic management reports, while supporting senior RCMT staff and projects within a hybrid working framework.

Risk and Collateral Management Team (RCMT) team that provides a robust control environment in supporting the Trade Finance business, to protect the bank from risks associated with this business, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and deliver superior customer service.
RCMT provides the link between the Customer and operations ensuring compliance with credit approvals and exposure control. The role is a blend of risk control and customer service. This role is key to the business as it is the backbone of the customer delivery arrangements.
This role is one of “control, co-ordination and delivery”, It is vital that the person undertaking the role has very detailed product knowledge and the confidence to stand ground under pressure from customers and internally.
