Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, managed by Accor, is located near the heart of Bengaluru with close proximity to major tech parks and key commercial & residential areas. The hotel features 212 modern & lavish rooms, including 29 one and two-bedroom suites with private terraces. It offers 10 elegant meeting spaces, including a quaint alfresco and open terrace that can cater to 20 - 400 guests.

The hotel also features an all-day dining restaurant, cafe & alfresco, a fitness centre, spa, swimming pool, entertainment zone, library lounge, art gallery, and business centre.

Job Description
  • Maintain clean, hygienic, comfortable, and hazard-free areas within the hotel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and organizational profitability, adhering to impeccable housekeeping standards across all hotel areas.
  • Manage the usage of all departmental master keys and other keys to ensure safety and security for guests and hotel property.
  • Maintain consistent cleanliness standards in assigned guest rooms to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times.
  • Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, executive offices, and other assigned tasks.
  • Report any issues that may affect the interests of Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall to management.
  • Coordinate and cooperate seamlessly with all hotel departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service.
  • Interact efficiently and courteously with guests and hotel personnel.
  • Support the team to deliver effective and efficient services.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high service standards.
Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or any other equivalent qualification.
