Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and store operation policies and procedures.
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels appropriately.
  • Perform store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
  • Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
  • Communicate with management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
  • Check in vendors following established guidelines.
  • Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in various temperatures and physical conditions, including climbing ladders, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to access all store areas and complete duties promptly.
  • Accurate reading, writing, and counting skills for paperwork.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
