Job summary

Sunseeker International is hiring a GRP Laminator in Poole, Dorset. You will be actively involved in the production process of hulls, decks, and superstructures, using hand lay materials to prepare and release moulds of various sizes.

You will work within a team to ensure targets are met while maintaining high workmanship standards. You will be based at Poole, either Poole Quay or West Quay Road, with a day shift schedule and competitive hourly pay rates.

Are you a Sunseeker GRP Laminator?

We are seeking skilled GRP Laminators to join the Sunseeker team in Poole, Dorset.

As a Sunseeker GRP Laminator, you will be fully involved throughout the production process of our hulls, decks, superstructures, and small moulds. You will use your experience with a variety of hand lay materials to prepare and release moulds of various sizes. You’ll be working within a team, ensuring the production targets are met whilst upholding a flawless standard of workmanship.

You’ll be based at one of our sites in Poole, Dorset - either on Poole Quay or West Quay Road. Wherever you work, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to get involved with the build process of our superyachts and performance range and build a strong foundation from which to launch a successful career.

Our working patterns

• Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30

Our pay rates

• Basic hourly rates from £14.42 to £16.53, depending on experience
• Overtime rates of up to £24.79 (x1.5 rate) and £33.06 (x2 rate, Sundays/Bank Holidays) - please note that Overtime is not guaranteed and it is allocated based on business needs at the time
