E.ON Next Energy Ltd is seeking a Growth Office Manager for the Growth Studio in London. You will be the operational and financial backbone, enabling rapid work and strategic focus while scaling new ventures.

Responsibilities include leading financial planning, budget management, supplier payments, and studio operations. You will partner with leadership, optimize processes, and drive efficient governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project management, business management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and spend tracking.
• Manage end-to-end payments, invoices and supplier onboarding.
• Maintain project management tools, governance and reporting.
• Support Growth Director by coordinating priorities and removing blockers.
• Improve processes and collaboration tools, including AI-enabled ways of working.
