Job summary

E.ON Next invites applications for a Growth Office Manager to be the operational and financial backbone of the Growth Studio in London. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking and governance to allow leadership to pursue strategic priorities.

You will own payments, supplier onboarding, project governance and operational health, partnering with the Growth Director to remove blockers and scale new ventures. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project management, business management or executive support.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with multi-priority management.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder relationship skills at all levels.
• Proactive, adaptable and capable of resolving blockers.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and spend tracking for the Growth Studio.
• Manage end-to-end payments to suppliers, agencies and contractors; raise POs and process invoices.
• Oversee studio operations, governance, documentation and reporting; ensure risks/dependencies are visible.
• Partner with Growth Director to anticipate operational needs and unblock leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and collaboration tools, including AI-enabled ways of working.
