Job summary

E.ON Next is seeking a Growth Office Manager to act as the operational and financial backbone of the Growth Studio in London. You will support budgeting, forecasting, vendor payments and procurement, while maintaining governance, documentation and project visibility across ventures.

You will partner with the Growth Director to anticipate needs, remove blockers and drive efficient, AI-enabled ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project management or business management.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness with budget and invoice experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and multi-priority handling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to anticipate and remove blockers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations including budget planning, forecasting and spend tracking.
• Manage end-to-end payments and supplier management with PO and invoicing processes.
• Oversee studio operations, governance, documentation and risk tracking.
• Support Growth Director, coordinate priorities and unblock leadership requests.
• Drive operational excellence, improving processes and collaboration tools.
