Job summary

AB Sports Nutrition in Brighton is seeking an Operations Director to own end-to-end supply chain, driving scalability, performance and agility across procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics and customer operations.

You will lead transformation initiatives to embed scalable ways of working while maintaining safety, quality and compliance, reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Must have experience of managing a manufacturing facility in FMCG/CPG.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain in a fast-growth consumer business.
• Operational/site/plant leadership experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve end-to-end supply chain to scale with the business.
• Lead across procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics and customer operations.
• Drive transformation initiatives, improve processes and embed scalable ways of working.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance across operations.
