Job summary

Dentsu UK Limited’s Amplifi Academy is seeking an Academy and L&D Manager to lead the Growth Solutions learning strategy and to build commercial capability across Amplifi. The role is permanent with hybrid working, based across Edinburgh, London, Manchester or Stafford.

Leading on shaping development for 900+ digital specialists, you’ll design scalable programmes, embed a Growth Solutions mindset, and collaborate with Growth Solutions leadership to deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines and the commercial drivers behind them.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships at senior levels and influencing across teams.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with clarity and structure.
• Confidence facilitating training and engaging a range of audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive, self‑driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Academy, Growth Solutions leadership and Specialism leads to implement a strategic L&D plan across all business levels.
• Design, evolve and deliver a Growth Solutions learning programme focused on sales capability and growth‑oriented behaviours.
• Facilitate key training sessions ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery across the organisation.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Growth Solutions, Operations and digital teams.
• Align onboarding and experienced hire development into a joined‑up learning journey.
• Drive the evolution of training and development opportunities across all levels to support long‑term capability building.
• Increase cross‑discipline exposure and understanding across Amplifi’s specialist teams.
