Responsibilities

• Act as strategic lead across client portfolio with best-in-class affiliate practices.
• Mentor Senior Managers and Managers to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth via new initiatives and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal Excellence teams to meet industry-leading standards.
• Define client strategy and ensure alignment across teams; manage resources.
