Job summary

Bauer Academy, part of Bauer Media, is seeking a Director of Growth & Partnerships to lead its consultancy and commercial function, expanding apprenticeships and learning solutions. You will shape strategy, develop revenue streams and build long-term client partnerships that deliver measurable impact.

Based at The Lantern, London, the role blends commercial leadership with stakeholder engagement, requires building a strong pipeline, leading three direct reports, and working with the Senior

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business development, partnerships, consultancy or L&D.
• Proven ability to generate revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong understanding of learning and development or workforce capability.
• Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
• Desirable: apprenticeship sector knowledge and experience selling learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Build and convert a strong pipeline of new opportunities and client partnerships.
• Identify new market opportunities and growth areas.
• Act as a trusted advisor on learning, workforce development and organisational capability.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead commercial activity across apprenticeships and learning solutions.
• Manage and develop three direct reports.
• Contribute as a member of the Bauer Academy Senior Leadership Team.
• Build trusted, strategic client relationships focused on long-term outcomes rather than transactional sales.
