Fyxer is seeking a full‑stack product thinker to drive vision and strategy for a product domain, partnering with engineers, founders, and growth teams. You’ll move fast with imperfect information, shipping bets from idea to shipped product and measurable outcomes.

Autonomy is high and you’ll coach others, introduce scalable frameworks, and stay close to customers to raise the bar in product thinking across the company. This is a high‑growth role in the UK with ownership and fast progression.

Qualifications

Expert in domain specialization that others can learn from.
Systems thinking across customer journeys, funnels and feedback loops.
Partner with engineers and founders to shape solutions with evidence and clarity.
Able to move when signals exist and help others clarify thinking.
Designs product systems that scale and codify learning loops.

Responsibilities

Turn ambiguity into direction by framing problems from signals.
Collaborate with engineers and founders from the start to shape solutions.
Use interviews, prototypes, experiments, analytics, and usability testing to validate ideas.
Ship, learn, and iterate from idea to measurable outcomes rapidly.
Raise the bar of product thinking by coaching others and introducing frameworks.
