Job summary

Veygo, part of Admiral Group, is seeking a Product Manager to own parts of the Growth journey from discovery through delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimise acquisition, onboarding and activation, using data and customer insight to drive measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Design, Engineering, Pricing and Underwriting to prioritise work, validate hypotheses and grow customer and commercial value in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager progressing customer or business problems from discovery to delivery and measurement.
• Ability to improve customer journeys across web, mobile or app-based products.
• Strong comfort with data, product metrics and customer insight.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own defined parts of acquisition, onboarding and activation journeys within Veygo Growth.
• Frame problems, define hypotheses and maintain a prioritised backlog with Design and Engineering.
• Use data, insight and experimentation to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
• Monitor product metrics and measure impact of changes after launch.
• Plan and support experiments to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
