Job summary

Admiral Group Plc’s Veygo Growth team is hiring a Product Manager to own parts of the acquisition and onboarding experiences, helping customers discover the right product and reach value quickly. You’ll work within a cross‑functional team, balancing customer needs with commercial goals and regulatory considerations.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving customer problems, using data to drive decisions, and collaborating with Design, Engineering, Pricing and Underwriting to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager with ownership of problems from insight to delivery and measurement.
• Ability to work with data, metrics and customer insight to inform decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own defined parts of the Growth journeys from acquisition through onboarding and expansion.
• Frame problems, define hypotheses and maintain a prioritised backlog with Design and Engineering.
• Use data and customer insight to inform decisions, prioritise work and measure impact post-launch.
• Plan experiments to test assumptions and improve customer and commercial outcomes.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
