Job summary

3Search is seeking a Marketing Director in London with hybrid flexibility to own the marketing function and drive growth. You will lead a small team, align with sales on ABM and pipeline, and shape positioning and GTM strategy for a growing enterprise customer base.

The role blends strategic direction with hands-on execution, including content, events and partnerships, while partnering with the CEO on growth initiatives and performance-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing and scaling businesses.
• Strong experience building demand generation and pipeline.
• Commercial mindset with clear link between marketing and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the overall marketing strategy with a focus on pipeline and revenue growth.
• Build and optimise demand generation programmes across multiple channels.
• Work closely with sales on ABM, target account strategies and pipeline generation.
• Lead positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market activity.
• Support new product launches and wider commercial initiatives.
• Explore AI, AEO and changing buyer behaviours to improve marketing performance.
• Develop existing content, thought leadership, events and community initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small marketing team.
• Manage external agencies and marketing partners.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership on growth strategy.
