Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager in Newcastle to lead recruitment and sales efforts, drive branch growth, and manage a high-performing team. The role focuses on winning new business, building client relationships, and delivering recruitment excellence across the healthcare sector.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, coach consultants, and work in a fast-paced environment that rewards performance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven background in recruitment and/or sales.
• Experience developing new business and winning clients.
• Track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a management role.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the branch by winning new business through proactive outreach, networking and client meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships across the healthcare sector; expand market presence.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and branch footprint.
• Lead from the front and set the standard for business development activity.
• Oversee the full recruitment process across the branch; support consultants to maximise performance.
• Ensure a strong pipeline of quality candidates to meet client demand.
• Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team; foster a positive, target-driven culture.
• Coach consultants to improve sales and recruitment results.
