Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Account and Resource Manager to build and lead a growing national QC division. You’ll manage relationships from initial enquiry through to delivery, develop new business opportunities and oversee sourcing, compliance checks, and contract issuance for Clerk of Works professionals.

You will recruit, mentor and manage new team members as the division expands, coordinating with finance and admin to ensure excellent service to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in business development within technical or professional services is advantageous.
• Recruitment CRM experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead TSA Surveying's growing QC division across the UK.
• Source, interview and recruit Clerk of Works professionals; coordinate compliance checks.
• Develop new business opportunities, nurture client relationships and attend industry events.
• Collaborate with recruitment, finance and administration teams to deliver excellent service.
• Shape the future direction of the division with senior leadership.
