Job summary

MRT, a leading UK electronics design, engineering and manufacturing business, seeks a Managing Director to provide strategic and operational leadership with full P&L accountability. You will drive growth, operational excellence and develop a high-performing leadership team across engineering, manufacturing and technical functions.

The role reports to Wescom Group and focuses on implementing growth strategies, transforming operations and building strong external partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' senior leadership or director-level experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Proven full P&L responsibility and strong commercial acumen.
• Track record of improving operational performance and delivering sustainable growth.
• Experience leading engineering, manufacturing and technical teams.
• Strong business transformation and CI experience.
• Proven ability to create engaged, high-performing cultures.
