About the Role

As a key player in our team, you will craft and execute innovative growth strategies. We are looking for a creative, data-driven strategist with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies to identify opportunities, develop impactful campaigns, and optimize retention efforts.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design, develop, and execute growth strategies tailored to Web3.
2. Create and manage an end-to-end growth marketing strategy, focusing on user acquisition and retention through data-driven campaigns.
3. Support the execution of content, social media, and community-building initiatives while monitoring KPIs to continuously optimize campaigns.
4. Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to inform strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to align growth objectives.
5. Organize and manage A/B testing and other experiments, conduct comprehensive market research, and optimize existing channels and programs to meet predefined goals.
6. Identify opportunities to broaden brand reach, establish frameworks for tracking and reporting KPIs, and create campaigns aligned with client-specific OKRs.
7. Assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on insights.
8. Prioritize and implement creative growth ideas, conducting experiments for continuous improvement.
9. Explore new channels and opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth.

We’re on the hunt for someone who has:

1. 5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.
2. Proven success executing growth initiatives for diverse audiences and delivering results aligned with client OKRs.
3. Strong expertise in blockchain ecosystems, decentralized applications and DAOs, with hands-on experience using Web3 growth and analytics tools.
4. A solid understanding of performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and paid media strategies.
5. Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize resources and manage multiple clients or projects in a fast-paced environment.
6. A proactive attitude, prioritizing tactics over strategy, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to strive for excellence.
7. Passion for thriving in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
8. Fluency in written and spoken English.
