A leading D2C Health & Wellness brand is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will manage paid acquisition strategies, emphasizing Paid Social and Paid Search. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in performance marketing and a strong passion for eCommerce. The role offers hybrid working with a competitive benefits package.

• 6+ years’ experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in D2C.
• Sector experience in Food, Drink, Health, or Wellness.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Social managing budgets over £250k/month.
• Strong commercial mindset with a data-led approach.
• Genuine passion for eCommerce and B2C digital growth.

MKJ Ignite are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing D2C Health & Wellness brands. The business has scaled rapidly over the past few years, with further ambitious growth plans on the horizon — both in terms of revenue and headcount.

They're now looking to appoint a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of their paid acquisition strategy, with a strong emphasis on Paid Social, alongside Paid Search.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

️6+ years’ experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within an in-house role for a D2C subscription brand

️Sector experience in Food, Drink, Health, Wellness, Personal Care or Beauty – Please note: experience in Fashion is not being considered for this role

️Proven hands-on experience with Paid Social, ideally managing budgets in excess of £250k/month

️A strong commercial mindset with a data-led approach to scaling campaigns

️Genuine passion for eCommerce and demonstrable success in B2C digital growth
