Regalrose is seeking an outstanding Head of Marketing to lead our growth in the UK and internationally from our St Albans offices. You will own commercial strategy, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns across paid media, CRM, social and affiliates, driving online revenue and customer base health.

You will partner with the Head of Creative and manage the Marketing process, GTM timelines, and agency relationships to deliver high-performance campaigns with data-led feedback to creative teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a similar role, ideally in e-commerce/retail marketing.
• Proven line management and agency management experience.
• Commercial strategy and budget ownership, including LTV, CAC and retention.
• Paid media, CRM and social channel management.
• Online trading and CRO, ideally on Shopify.
• Strong KPI and data understanding; tech-savvy (Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Notion).

Responsabilités

• Own the marketing commercial strategy, plan and budgets; report performance to the MD and senior leadership.
• Own customer base health: size, value per customer, LTV, CAC, acquisition, retention and reactivation.
• Lead go-to-market planning and launches with master brief, timelines and launch schedule.
• Own the website, apps, trading strategy and sales targets (conversion, AOV).
• Sort rules, category organisation, cross-sells, upsells, product listings, UX and CRO.
