Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in growth, marketing or copywriting.
• Bachelor or Master degree with strong results.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience and convert funds into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue.
• Write copy that persuades, across emails and pages, with AI support.
• Sprint, test, and implement experiments to move the metrics.
• Build repeatable playbooks and AI workflows for future wins.
• Take ownership and adapt quickly to win onclient deliverables.
