This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives on scaling customer acquisition through performance marketing. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with analytics to drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

We are focused on ambitious growth in the UK & ANZ markets and need a strategic thinker and hands-on executor to elevate our paid acquisition campaigns. This role offers the freedom to experiment, explore new channels, and optimise performance while collaborating with a global team of growth experts.

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute UK & ANZ paid digital campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring optimal performance and budget efficiency.
  • Continuously track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine targeting, creative strategy, and landing page experience.
  • Work closely with creative teams and external agencies to produce ‘best in class’, performance-focused creative.
  • Dive deep into performance data to understand what’s driving growth and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Create and maintain testing roadmaps to enhance marketing efficiency and long-term strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with the global paid teams across the US, Germany, and France to exchange insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Work with local stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign strategy, creative execution, and budget pacing.

Are you our perfect new colleague?

  • Proven hands-on experience managing paid performance marketing campaigns, either agency-side or in-house, with a strong background in Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing and allocating digital marketing budgets effectively.
  • A strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data sets and identify trends that inform decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of key performance marketing metrics and how they influence overall campaign success.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A track record of continuous testing, learning, and optimising campaigns to improve results.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working with creative, data, and product teams to drive marketing and business goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and performance goals.
