Job summary

Alliance Personnel is recruiting for a Business Development Executive in the UK: an ambitious role focusing on injection moulding and tooling. You will spot opportunities, open doors and turn technical enquiries into profitable partnerships across automotive, industrial and manufacturing sectors.

The role offers a salary of £48,000–£55,000 depending on experience, plus commission, a company car and 28 days of annual leave. Full-time, permanent position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• B2B business development or technical sales experience within plastics, injection moulding, automotive, engineering or manufacturing (industry knowledge is essential).
• Strong commercial awareness with proven ability to win new business and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead in finding and developing new business, building relationships with key decision-makers and managing opportunities from first conversation through to quotation and contract award.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop both new and existing customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for additional work and understand customers' technical and commercial requirements.
• Support quotations for moulding, tooling and assembly projects and attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events.
• Work with commercial, operational and leadership teams to deliver the growth strategy.
